Wasserpistole: Do you say there is free will or not?
ColorStorm: Yes. There is an argument that an event must be either the effect of antecedent causes or "absolutely random" or some combination of both, and either option makes free will meaningless (i.e. randomness doesn't give you any more real choice int he matter than determinism). But I think that the above dichotomy only applies to a mechanistic universe, and the universe isn't necessarily mechanistic.
Take the trait that you think is lacking in a non-deterministic event (meaning), and simply add it to what you consider to be "absolute randomness" (not talking to you, per se, but the people who make this argument). Of course, this raises many questions as to how or why this could be done / is the case, the meaning behind the meaning (and it would be a mistake to approach this question from a mechanistic or causal viewpoint, you'd be back where you started from), but this is where you'd just have to use your imagination.
